Boys/Girls Weekly Lessons

  • Improve agility, speed, strength, power, coordination, and balance in just 45 minutes.

  • Focus on basketball-specific exercise techniques, speed improvement, and hands-on practice in agility, plyometrics, core stability, and endurance.

  • Enhance performance, mood, and cardiovascular fitness.

We have small  group programs everyday of the week to help improve your skills.  From semi private to a full group of 15..
